PERSONAL INSPECTION PROCEDURE, ISSUANCE AND USE OF PORT OUT / ENTRY CARDS, TCCL, TCPH
1.Scope of use:
Applicable to customers, officers, employees, employees of satellite companies, shipping lines, and Customs officers who often visit TCCL TCT Saigon Newport Port and need to apply for a card regularly.
2.Content:
a. Step 1: Register for the procedure to apply for an entry card at the port security gate- (1) The application for a regular card is signed and stamped by the legal representative.

- (1) The customer's representative contacts to submit the application for a regular card to TTAN CL, Advisory Department, Saigon Newport Corporation.
- (2) TTAN TCCL, P.TM check dossiers, check information if eligible, will receive.
- (3) The system administrator will import the list into the system and issue the card according to the request.
- (4) Time to receive, process documents and issue cards within a day or no more than 3 working days.
- (1) Customer representative receives and issues cards to each person according to the list.
- (2) Each customer after receiving the card for the first time will have to update information, take pictures, scan identification documents and activate the card at the ANC gate.
- (3) Customer's information will be saved by the system to control the port security entrance/exit.
- (1) When entering the ANC gate, customers remove colored glasses, masks and hats.
- (2) Guests swipe their cards at the card reader on the Barrier or Tripod.
- (3) Barrier or Tripod rotates (open signal green light) if the card is valid and will close within 5 seconds. Therefore, after swiping the card, customers must quickly move in through the gate.
- (4) Psafe ACS system will automatically save all customer input information.
- (5) ANC staff observes on the entry control screen to promptly detect illegal card usage.
- (1) When leaving the ANC gate, customers remove colored glasses, masks and hats.

- (3) Barrier or Tripod will rotate (open signal green light) if the card is valid and will close within 5 seconds. Therefore, after swiping the card, customers must quickly move out through the gate.

3.Note:
- (1) The customer has been issued a card, the next time to enter - exit, just follow the order of items d, e in this Article.
- (2) Customers use, preserve and take responsibility for their ANC cards. Regulations on card use are printed right on the ANC card.
- (3) All information entering and leaving through the ANC port of the customer will be saved in the computer system installed with ANC management software so that it can be retrieved when needed.
- (4) The act of lending cards, clicking for others is strictly prohibited. If detected, the customer will have to take full responsibility in accordance with the provisions of the GSO.
